Implied Status question

Implied Status question
Hi all, some advise please.
I was on a Working holiday visa (ie. open work permit) and applied for PR (in-canada, spouse sponsorship) as well as an Application to extend/change conditions (ie. open work permit) before my WHV expired. I was advised by CIC that I have implied status.
Question: Does this mean that I can continue to work for any employer or am I bonded to my current one?
