Re: Immigration to canada
go to www.cic.gc.ca
select the category you are eligible through and that will be a start to ask
more specific questions.
IT market is good in Canada, but good is a relative term. You cant compare
with Bay are or NY though,,,,and there are very few top $ peoplesoft kind of
jobs.
have you been in the US only for 6 months ?? If yes, then preprare your case
and file when you complete 12 months at the Buffalo Canadian consulate. If
you have been here 12 months, go ahead and file as soon as you can get the
papers together.
H1 programs stands on 1 leg now and can be out of the window any day...so
Canada will be a great choice for you !!!
good luck

Re: Immigration to canada
Singh Ji,
I heard that IT market was dam bad in Canada 2 month back.
How come it became so cool?
Are you in Canada? How is the chance of getting IT job in Canada if you don't have Canadian experience?
Will it be of any help if you have overseas experience (UK,HK,Singapore etc)...
Cheers

Re: Immigration to canada
I think Kruthika doesn't need to spend 12 months in US, if she/he got one year valid visa thats enough to apply...
