Hi there,

I'm a permanent resident (originally a French citizen, although I was
born in Scotland) in the USA, it's ok but I'd much rather live in
Canada and hope to become citizen there one day. My wife is a US
citizen and my French is really good... How would I go about
immigrating to Canada from the USA ?

exams for example ??
