hello
this is regarding IELTS exam.
i got the initial asssesment letter stating that u have to provide
IELTS Test result for english language proof.
they have mentioned that i have to submit all the documents withing 90
days.
so that means i have to take the exam within 90 days.
or i can take the exam after that also and submit the result after 90
days.
or i have to take it within 90 days.

You need to submit all documents (including IELTS result) within 90 days.
So, obviously you must take IELTS test well before 90 days will lapse to be
able to submit results by the deadline.

You did not mention where you live, but in case you live in the US you can register to take the exam 5 business days before the exam date. The exam is offered once every month. I took mine in Houston on Feb 28. I registered on Feb 20th.
You may be able to take it one sooner than you thought.

In addition there is an expedited processing of the results. You will pay a
little bit extra, but in your case it's worthwhile to speed up things. Then
the results of the test will be given within a week or two, I don't remember
exactly. You can call the closest testing center and ask them about this.
