IEC / Record question
Hello, I've just got my police certificate and it shows,
.a warning from 11 years ago for theft (age13)
.a reprimand for theft (age 14) 10years ago
.a caution class b drugs from when I was (age 18) 6years ago
None of these are convictions, I have never been to court.
-
I can apply to get these removed and am supprised the first 2 even show up?
Is this going to stop me?
It costs around $300 overall to send off for the visa, I'm unsure what to do. I can possibly get a character reference from a Canadian citizen and a job lined up if they will help with my entry.
Where do I stand? Where do I go from here?

Re: IEC / Record question
I wouldn't worry about them. The 1st two were as a juvenile so those won't be taken into account. The UK seems to deem a Police Caution as not a conviction so that won't affect you. It is quite likely that when applying you might be asked for more information but I wouldn't be losing any sleep.

You may not have gone to court, but a caution is still an admission of guilt. I don't think they'll be an issue as they were a while ago, but just make sure you tell the truth.
