IEC admin changes
There was an update stating that CIC will now deal with the entire application process for the IEC from now on, they say it will be linking the IEC to other immigration programs - I wonder how that will change things?

I'm hoping that it doesn't actually change anything on the face of it for applicants at all... Just where the applications are processed on the other side. XD
