mr miller,
my husband has been approached by 4 companies for employment. he is a security and arms trainer and manager who worked in the military then the ministry of defence, instead of waiting for pr we would like to g on work permit, will hrdc validate this work as in effect he will be training canadians for employment, will we get a file number from hrdc when its been submitted.
please help

No, you won't get any file number from HRDC. And it is employer who applies
for job offer validation anyway, not you. As for prospects for validation -
it is up to HRDC to assess how well employer documented that despite
extensive search and national advertising no Canadian candidate was found
and how sufficient job offer is to attract and retain Canadians.
