How to update additional child
Dear Experts,
My cousin had applied for PR earlier. His case has been approved and he has finally received a request to send Passport for himself and family to be stamped with Visa.
There is a little problem though on which I need advise to better guide him.
His wife is pregnant and they are expecting their child in 1st week of May 2004.
They did their medicals in June 2003 so this means the visas are going to be valid till June 2004.
Now the question is whether he should inform the CIC office about the expected child or should he send his passports as normal and get the visas issued and then once the child is born, then send additional information about the child.
I fear that in both cases, he may not have sufficient time to travel within the validity of his medicals. (June 2004)
What is the best course of action ? Please advise...
Thanks

Re: How to update additional child
If cannot move to Canada before child's birth then notify visa post
immediately about the situation and tell them that you'll submit updated
application, fee, child's birth certificate, photos and passport as soon as
possible after the birth. Ask for detailed instructions what to do.
