How soon I can get my ROLF if I don't land

I got my PR for canada, but I don't intend to land in canada. I am from India, but it
looks like I will be well off living in India than coming to canada after I got
feedback from many people. Please somebody can let me know how long does it take to
get back my ROLF ? Any help will be appreciated.

You should return unused landing paper to issuing visa post with request for ROLF
refund. It takes about 3 - 4 months to get it back.
