Yes, I was referring to citizens of Commonwealth countries who are Canadian PR, it
was not about Canadian citizens.

It is still the same - you need to reside in Canada for at least 183 days in any 12
months period. After the implementation of new immigration law later this year you
will be required to reside in Canada for at least 730 days (2 years) in 5 years
period in order to meet residency requirements.

3 years in 4 years period, and how will be by new law ?
