How Long Does It Take for Receipt?

Hi, I submitted my application for permanent residency on March 15th. I am family class (applying from Abroad - USA). It's been almost two months. Should I be worried?

Mine was a month - I didn't get a receipt as such, just the "you're approved to sponsor" letter. This was in summer 2004, things may have slowed since then.
