How long in citizenship procedure

Hi,

Can anybody tell, how long will it take to obtain Canadian citizenship after making
application? Can you move around during that period?

As far as I know, an average of 3 1/2 months for Citizenship test and then 2 months
for swearing in. Give yourself about 6 months in total. I was told you can move
around Canada as long as you are within Canada. There is a related answer about
moving to US while the application is in process, in this forum from Stephen
Gallagher.
