How long before the PR is revoked ?
I got my CSQ approved for Quebec Immigration. It is valid till 2006. I got
a great job offer, but it is in Brazil, due to which I might be there for
the next 5 yrs. Can I be a PR of Canada and still work in Brazil. If so,
for how long before they revoke your rights ?
Thanks

Re: How long before the PR is revoked ?
CSQ is not an immigration visa of any kind. You are not yet a Canadian PR.
All you have is a selection certificate (CSQ) from Quebec. With CSQ you must
now apply for Canadian immigration visa through the visa post normally
processing immigration applications from your home country. If your CSQ is
valid till 2006 then apply for PR visa when you know that you'll be able to
move to Canada within 1 - 3 years from application.

Once you actually become a PR of Canada, you must live in Canada for 2 out of every 5 years - otherwise they revoke your rights.
