Default How long after a waiver, medicals and "decision made" in ECAS?

Dear experts,

could you advice the average time of waiting if I received a waiver and
medical form in January 2003, sent the police clearance statement and
underwent medicals in March, and yesterday saw "decision made" in the ECAS
system of the CIC Ministry? There was written that the decision about my
application was made and they would send a letter as well as they had
received medicals". My case has been processing under old rules in Moscow.
How long will the finalising of process take?

Thanks in advance.

Max.
