Search on here or net to find sources for CAIPS or ask for recommended person who can supply, cost is fairly minimal but no point asking til IA stage as nothing much is on file til then. .

I received mine in 7 weeks. Average time is anywhere between 4-8 weeks.

Hi
As an aside to Rich, you don't need to be PR or CC as long as you are in Canada to get your CAIPS.
