how about this for efficiency
After waiting about 6 months for my medical forms from CHC London for my
spousal sponsor case they came a few weeks ago and i did my medical last
week on September 27th. The DMP submitted them at the end of the week so CHC
would have only gotten them this Monday 1st February. Today on the 8th I got
the request for my passport, second class post so it can't have been posted
later than Thursday really. So they only had my medicals for 3-4 days before
sending out the passport request which i think makes up somewhat for their
longer delays before.

What catagory did you apply under? Common law, conjugal etc etc.
So I would imagine it`s pretty much a done deal for you then.
