Default help with visa/permit

my partner is currently in canada on a lmo
my son (3) and i are about to join him.
i want to apply for a open work permit
and sort my son out for school (im not sure what form that is called)
i was wondering if i could print the forms off before we leave and fill them in?
i dont fancy trying to concentrate on filling important forms out with a 3 year old and noisy dog!
thanks sam

What is your husbands job title and NOC code e.g. 7121 and which province is he in? If his job is in skill category 0, A or B then you can get a spousal open work permit. No need to fill in any forms just bring a copy of his work permit.
Your son will be issued a visitor record or put on your work permit.
Fee for the work permit is $150.

No you have got everything you need. Just ask to see Immigration when you land for the work permit.
