Default Help Mr. Miller and experts please Rolf Fees

Hello

I applied to CPC Buffalo and did my medicals almost 7 months ago , but
I didnt submit Rolf yet and didnt hear anything from them , is it
better to send it as soon as possible or does waiting till the
immigration office request it will delay my process ? How long does it
take after medicals to finalize a case ?

Thank you for .

Hi:

The delay may be attributed to your national security clearance. You may
want to fax a letter to CIC inquiring into the status of your application.

Yours truly,
Ingrid Y. Chen, B.A., LL.B.

If you did your medicals 7 months ago and didn't receive any request for
additional tests that means medicals are OK. The only task holding the process
is now background/security check - depending from your background, nationality
and countries you resided in such process may take anywhere from few months to
well over a year to conclude. Case will not go to the final decision stage
until all results are in. So, the shorter answer to your question is - nobody
knows (not even processing officer) when process will be completed and ready
for final decision.

I didn't ask you the most important question (I just assumed the answer) - did
you have interview already or receive interview waiver?

If yes then pay ROLF now, it may save you several weeks down the road.

As I indicated in one of my previous replies - nobody will be able to tell you
how long it will take as it is quite obvious that your case waits for the
conclusion of background/security check.
