Hello,

Yesterday I received a letter from Buffalo office requesting that I go
through another Medical Examination. I have already done this in May
2002, sent all the necessary info with the ROFL fee. In March 2004 I
received a new background check form that I needed to send. This
after not hearing from them for 8 months prior to that, then after
inquiry they sent me a letter saying that my case was suspended to
info they needed. Again, I had never heard from them before my
inquiry.

Should I worry? Or is this a good sign?
They have also for the first time sent me a receipt for my ROFL
payment.

I cam to Canada with a open work permit I got through a student work abroad
program
after my one year visa experired I got a work permit until the end of
november.

My questions are

What are my options to remain in canada
When Iwould be able to apply for a PR
I have a boyfriend can he sponsor me or can i marry him?
Please, can u recomend me a good lawyer, if is necesary

Please, i really need some answer, because I dont wanna go back to Argentina
(where Im from)
