help on move to Quebec
I need some advice on moving to Quebec. I'm 17 years old currently, in
the US, and I want to move to Montreal hopefully by August 2004 or so.
I want to know what is the best way to get accepted to do this, such
as get accepted to a university. Also, when I am there, must I work on
campus if I am at a university? BTW, I know a good deal about puters
and will probably have a couple certifications by then, if that helps
any.

Yet another attempt to impose your idea of morality on others.
Take your moral statements and shove off ... they are inappropriate.

it will be the only way: school, college or university at this age
and, only in quebec you can - after you get your diplom - stay as an immigrant
Also, when I am there, must I work on

no - you need not to work but you can in a limited way

What I meant is if I want to work, at the university, would I be able
to only work at the university, as I've read? Or could I work off
campus?
