Help me regarding sponsoring my children
Im a landed immigrant and I arrived here in Canada last May 05,2003
with my wife. we have 2 children ( 5yrs old and 2 yrs old) left in the
philippines they are done with their medical with us but the other one
was expired last May 8 2003 and the other one will expire on August
2003. we want them to get here now but we did not pay for their
application fees they are only my dependants. here are my questions..
1. what do we need to do to get them? do we have to apply now for
sponsorship here?
2. do we still need to show them our bank certificate here as
supporting documents?
3. right we dont have work yet, can we still sponsor them?
4.do we need to fill up different form for each? or we will just fill
up one form? is that form IMM1344a?
5. where will I write their name in form IMM1334a in section c? are
they now non accompanying dependants?
6. How many months will it take if we start to process them for
sponsorship?
