Hi all..new and feeling way around. Please tell me, my boyfriend whom I love deeply
is illegally in Canada, and we want to get married. Is this possible...will they
check his passport for the expired visa when we go to get the license???

just because yur visa expired doesnt make your stay illegal. Want to know more
details about his visa.
