Help filling out IMM 0008???

Help filling out IMM 0008???
I am living in Canada with my common law as a visitor and am applying for common law sponsership from OUTSIDE canada.
On the application for permanent residence, question 5 do i put my country of residence as Canada or England?
Again for Schedule 1 questions 5 and 6
Do i put England or Canada????
HELP!!
I have filled in everything else but these questions have thrown me through a loop
I have it all pretty much set to go! Just waiting for my police cert. THIS IS SO STRESSFUL!

If asking about citizenship, you should put United Kingdom - you're not an English citizen, you're a UK citizen.

SOOOOO even though i am on a visitor visa here AND applying outland i still put Canada as my place of residence?Wont this red flag my appliation?
