help
can a declined student permit application be appealed? reapplied? what am i supposed to do? the first application was in buffalo. m just a tourist here in canada and my visa will expire on jan. 31. i was refused because accdg to the consul i was not able to convinced her that i wont be returning back to my home country.
help anyone who can suggest what to do.
