help!!
Hi, is there anyone from scotland here who can recommend an agency?? we contacted Paul wildly based on good reviews read on here, however, his secretary e mailed us the other day and said their understanding of the new process in May is that we would need to have a job secured before we even apply in order to be successful!! can anyone elaborate on this?

It's now known that there is going to be an 'occupations in demand' list for FSW (and if you're not on 'the list', you'd need a job offer), so perhaps that's what she meant?

Re: help!!
There are plenty of other visa routes if he won't qualify as FSW without a job offer, so have a look in the Wiki to figure out a 'Plan B'. The list of eligible occupations for FSW will be announced next month.

he is a project manager, I have 12 yrs Management experience in the food trade, is it likely that between us we will fall into one of the occupation categories?

That's only a guess though, if I were you I'd ask Wildy to clarify why they think you definitely won't be eligible without a job offer.

Try Warren and Sara Green Immigration Consultants Canada. That's who we are with, husband isin construction too. Know of a few who have used them, we met them initially at an expo in Glasgow and are really pleased with them so far. They are really good at calling rather than just emailing. Hope this helps.
