health gounds
1. If I applied for PR (inland spousal) on June 3, 2002 - under the old law
... how is my application going to be processed, under the old or the new
immigration law?
2. Is it possible to be found inadmissible on health grounds if a have a
brain tumor?
thanks

Re: health gounds
The likely cost of medical treatment is no longer a bar to spousal
immigration. That leaves only danger to the public to be concerned about.
A brain tumour would not seem likely to cause danger in most cases.
