Have PR but no CSQ
Hi
As the title suggests, I have recently been granted my PR for Canada through a spousal visa. My PR states landing state/city as Ottawa, ON. However we are flying to Toronto because we have family there we can stay with for a short time. Will this be an issue?
Secondly, we also have family in Montreal who we would go visit, and if possible for a short time try and find work in Montreal. Will I need a CSQ for work? accessing health care? etc?
Your advice will be much appreciated.

If you indicate, at the time of landing, an intention to settle in Quebec you may be refused admission as a PR if you do not have a CSQ.
After you have been admitted as a PR, you may then decide to move to Quebec.
So your immediate intention on landing should normally be to live in Toronto.
