Guidelines 4 Quebec Immigration (+)
Hi guys,
Could anyone please advise me where can I find:
1) the minimum score for Quebec immigration;
2) what points are awarded for each factor (education, experience, etc.) <- I found the self-evaluation here

but where do I find the actual points?
3) is passing exam in French mandatory for non-native speakers?
