Default Guide/instructions for BOWP?

Hi there, are there any instructions for completing the BOWP application (IMM 5710)? Thank you.

Hi
We have just submitted ours by mail as we could not get it to upload ( this form in particular). We saw somewhere on the CIC website that you needed to put in applying for an open work permit for longer than 6 months. We just checked for the same employer.
We added in all the supporting documents outlined on the online application and added real photos just in case. The supporting documents we did were medical results, marriage certificate, passport photocopies and current work permits/ study permits. We emailed CIC about our problems uploading the IMM 5710 and IMM 5709 (kids study permits) but never heard back. We included our letter we sent them to show we had tried to submit it all electronically.
Received at Vegreville on 22nd June; can't say of it is all correct but it was our final effort after becoming frustrated with the online upload (or not as it happened to be in our case!)
