Default Got my IELTS results - Question for Mr.Miller and other experts

First of all thanks to Mr.Miller who actually advised me to take IELTS
test while waiting for initial assessment. I got my IELTS test results
today and got following scores.

Reading : 7.5
Listning: 7.0
Writing : 6.0
Speaking: 8.0
-------------------
Overall: 7.0

Now i assume that i'll get 14 points out of maximum 16 in first
official language. Am i right?

Now here are my calculations as far as points are concerned

Education 22/25:
I did Masters in CS and have 16 years of education

Language 14/24:
as per IELTS scores

Work Experience 21/21:
I have 6+ years of experience as software engineer

Age 10/10:
I am 28 years old

Arranged Employment 0/10:
no luck here

Adaptability 9/10:
5 for my canadian citizen sister and 4 for my wife's bachelor's degree
+ 14 years of education

------------------------------
Total Score 76/100
------------------------------

So this means that i still topples that 75 points barrier and i want
to be on safe side and planning to mail my IELTS results to Buffalo.

Now Question for Mr.Miller and other experts is that should i (or Can
I) send UPDATED SCHEDULE3 form with the copy of IELTS test results ?
(with updated reply of question 6 about the language) or i am late to
do that and can only send IELTS marks sheet as a supporting evidance?
If I can go either way, what is your suggestion?

I do have 2 more supplimentry questions in my mind

1: Do I have to send photocopy of the IELTS scores sheet or original?

2: My wife's sister has just moved to canada (my sister is already a
Canadian
Citizen and i have mentioned her on my form). Do I need to update my
wife's background form (with her sister information)? Will this be
another plus point for Immig officer while making decision?

and one final question about the dual nationality

My (1.5 years old) son is a US citizen by birth. Obviously he will
move to Canada with us. Will he be able to keep his US citizenship and
also get Canadian citizenship? What about THREE citizenships at a
time? He can actually also Claim Pakistani nationality (as me and my
wife are Pakistani nationals)?

No and No as you received 5 points for your sister.

Yes for dual Canadian and US., unsure if Pakistan allows dual citizenship,
check with Pakistan High Commission.

Yes.

The following website describes the laws and
was written by a US citizen who moved to Canada
and now has both US and Canadian citizenship.

Canada and the US won't have a problem. You need
to verify that Pakistan will allow it.

Just send the original of your IELTS test result, you don't need to update
question 6 from Schedule 3. But if it will make you feel more comfortable
then send Schedule 3 as well. Make sure that you include your name, file
number and date of birth in the cover note.
