I just wanted to share the news that I got a confirmation letter from BUNAC today saying that my WH Visa has been approved - wooohhhoooo!!!

Canada here I come, on the 27th January!!!

Took about 4 weeks to be processed, from sending it off.

Flight sorted, just need to sort insurance now!!!

I hear it is already snowing in Whistler too, so could be a good season ahead!!!

Thanks for the update - freeze / thaw / freeze / thaw...it's a natural process.

As long as it's not thawing in December, January, February, March and April then that's cool by me - it's only the beginning of October!!!

Thanks - yeah I cannot wait! Make sure you get in early with your Application and check BUNAC website regularly ready for when it opens. If you subscribe to their mailing list they will email you as soon as it's open again!

Make sure you get all your documents and info. ready too e.g. Reference / Police Check / Passport Pictures etc. and I'm sure you'll have yours processed in no time at all! I think mine took like 3 / 4 weeks from sending off, so you may be there even before I am!!!
