I was wondering, where do you live? They have American Embassy in Toronto and if you go early early, like 6am wait in line up (I think they open around 8), pay $60 american $$$ and you can get visa the same day stamped in your passport.
I know that you have get it within one day because I have friends who needed visa for States.
Now, the only problem is that once you are there they will ask you bunch of questions, and only you might get rejected. If you do, they are keeping $60
