goods to follow list, whats allowed?
does anybody know if there is a printed list of goods that are allowed to be taken? how detailed the list has to be? any duty on sertain items etc.

No duty or tax on personal items, tax and duty on trade tools. This is only dealt with by customs at the point of import, not on the goods to follow list.
