Hi,

I'm a citizen of Argentina currently living in the US with a temporary work visa.
As I am from Argentina, I need a special tourist visa in order to enter Canada. Can
you tell me if I can get that visa without leaving the US or if I have to, in fact,
go back to Argentina specially to get it in my passport?

Thanks Diego.

If you are in US on other than visitor temporary visa (student, work) then US is the
country of your current habitual residence and you may apply for Canadian visitor
visa in any Canadian Consulate in US, as long as you can demonstrate your ties to US.
You don't need to go back to Argentina for that.
