FSW: When making an application is it ok to Copy & past the NOCs code description

When making an application, is it ok to copy the main duties and description of relevant occupation from HRSDC website and past to the application, to experience letter?

The information you provide in application forms and your employers provide in reference letters should be the true statement of actual and verifiable facts - not a copy/pasted text from NOC.

We copied and pasted the bits that OH did,then gave it to his past employer and they retyped it on headed paper as a job desciption,we did this mainly because we were having a nightmare getting work ref and it was easier to have it all written up for them.

But I have heard people on canadavisa.com explicitly rejected because their employee reference was just a cut+paste from the HRSDC website, so I would strongly advise against it.
Let your employers produce a genuine reference of the duties you performed and then let the visa officers decide if it's enough to match their NOC.

We didnt do it for the letter,just for a job description that they attached to letter,my OH did all the duties that they put on there.We had to be involed in the letter as they didnt have a clue what we needed and it took us over 1mth to get it from them.
