Fsw application
I have what I hope isn't too silly a question....
A friend of mine applied for the federal skilled worker under the old rules back in late 2007. He received AOR somewhat later. This was before the rules changed.
He maintained that he was expecting to hear back by Ovtober 2011, but then visited the CIC website and discovered that its been pushed back through Marc of next year.
My question is......is it normal for him not to have heard even a Dickie-bird in this time? I know the wait was long but I can see in sme people's signatures that they have had a quicker turn around. In addition, he is currently here in Canada Nader IEC.....even if he hears back in March would it still be a long process before he gets his PR (eg medicals etc). The concern is that, his one year IEC visa expires end of June and he is derstandably eager to have everything completed before its time for him to return.
Many Thanks!!!!
