FSW 120 day supporting docs

FSW 120 day supporting docs
Hi All
I have just received my 120 day letter
and wanted to ask when I submit my application now to London do I need to fill out the application forms again or can I submit a copy of the main forms ( photo copied before I sent to NS )
plus all the supporting docs ( just getting these together ) they require.
Hope somebody in the same boat can advise .
