Hello everyone,
I just wanted to check with people what the latest is on time between passports received and visas delivered. According to the Royal Mail ours were delivered to CHC on May 21 - am checking post box everyday but realistically am I looking at next week or longer than that. Am not 100% confident with our postman's ability to deliver our post so it would be good to know when I should start to get worried that it's gone AWOL
Thanks as alway for any comments

As you can see from my timeline, ours took 15 days from delivery to delivery!

Trust the postie? Are you mad?
They say allow 6 weeks until you chase up. The hand deliver 2 weeks option was the only one for us.

This is agony - our timeline!!!!!!!!!!!! and we're not alone.
Be grateful you've got this far, your PR will arrive very soon - unlike our medical requests.
Cheers

I think it specifies 30 working days, ie 6 weeks. Mine came back in about 4.
It will come, and then you Will celebrate!!! Try not to worry.

Hand delivery for us...we weren't trusting our passports to the post. It was easy enough for us though as we live close to London and Mrs GT works in London.

It would have been a real b*gger for us and v expensive to have done the hand delivery option but for some reason I had got it into my head it was more like 2-3 week wait for the postal option rather than 6 weeks (in the excitement of actually getting PPR clearly didn't read the form right). Wished to heck I had gone for hand delivery now

PS. Apologies to those who are waiting for medicals etc. for this whining. I can remember when I would have given an arm and a leg to only have to wait 6 more weeks
Keep with it - it will happen for you

Aaaaaggghh - am now officially losing my mind
It's now 21 days and counting and guess what, I've been asked to go on a business trip overseas next week so unless it comes in the next few days am going to have to explain why I can't go and why I haven't got a passport (they don't know am emigrating yet!)

Oh please Simon,
I was just going for the mid morning coffee!! You have put me right off. Perhaps if you said something like this everyday I could lose a bit of weight and stay away from the biscuits
