filing under new IRPA
hello folks,
submitted my application on 30-05 2001, before jan 2002.
i got a notice on 10th march 2003 stating that embassy is not in a position to make a selection decision before april1 2003. therfore a new IRPA will apply.
does that mean it has not been accessed upto march 31, 2003?
i gather that i score 67 points under skilled workers, based on the new system. this is done by my consultant?
i am advised by the same consultant to learn French and IELTS for english abilities, to score 70 points. but i am UNABLE to learn french and also to appear for IELTS at this momnet, due to my personal probelms.
i am Indian but applied at Paris post for fast processing on immigration.
the embassy at Paris has asked me to submit NEW IRPA skilled worker immigration forms and supporting documents by a letter dated 10 march 2003.
i dont know what should i do NOW as i want to persue my immigration case but unable to file the NEW application before the last date i.e. 15th june. will i be assessed or NOT based on my prior application?
do i have to pay application fee [CD $ 550] again?
i will be able to take my IELTS and french class, not before July- august 2003. but this new application's last date is june 15th 2003.
Can i submit my IELTS and frech ability-score later, when i appear for those exams, most probably this august?
plz guys suggest me ASAP what i should do NOW as i am very nervous/confused.

If you won't comply with the request by the deadline then your application
will be refused. It is clearly stated in the letter you received. You must
submit new forms and all required supporting documents (including proof of
language proficiency) by the deadline or say goodbye to your chances.

No, you should submit everything (including proof of language proficiency)

i guess i am not qualifying this time... there is always next time, though...
can i send my New application without IELTS and french ability, even tough i dont make suffocient points, acoording to my lawyer...let the inspector decide as i have already paid the FEE...to the embassy and the consultant...
