Default Filing taxes late

I am Canadian PR - moved to the US last May (2004) - worked in Canada for 4 months in 2004. Due to a mixup with my T4 mailing I still have not filed my Canadian taxes for 2004. I don't owe any taxes.

Do I have to file any additional forms for filing 3 weeks late?

Do I still have to pay a penalty (even though I do not owe any taxes)?

Will this in any way affect my landed status and how bad of a situation am I in?

Thank you in advance.
