A few quick questions
Sorry, I've tried to look through the prior posts and can't find anything relevant to these questions, so I'd appreciate it if anyone might be able to help me with finding some answers.
- Is a 401(k) eligible to be used for proof of settlement funds?
- FBI reports - do they include all arrests (including misdemeanors) or only felony arrests? And do they include arrests or only convictions?
