Default Experts...I need your suggestions...

Hi,

I applied for CHC, London under skilled worker category last year. My application process started on 2nd of Jan 2003. I had arranged employement, but since my employement offer was not confirmed by HRDC, I was not awarded with the 15 points that has to be given for the applicant who have arranged employement. So I obtained 72 points only, and my application was rejected and I got the refusal letter from CHC, London on 30th of Sept 2003.

As the current passmark is 67, with he help of the new transition rule, do I have any new hope to get my application process under the new IRPA?

Regards,
Shakeel.

Proposed changes to transition rules apply only to applications originally
submitted prior to 2002. You applied in 2002, thus you were already under
IRPA and your refusal was justified. Now you need to re-apply.
