A few more questions about all things NOC
Is it right that under the new FSW rules, you can still get points for experience in occupations that meet the NOC Class A, B or O criteria, even if they are not on the List of 38, SO LONG AS you have at least one year's experience in an occupation that is on the list, or do you now only get points for time spent in occupations on the List?
For the past 10 years, all of my occupations would have qualified under the old rules, but only some under the new rules, and I'm trying to work out how many points I will get. The gist is:
1999-2002 (3 years) NOC 1111 (on the List of 38)
2002-2007 (5 years) NOC 0122 (not on the list, but still class A, B or O)
2007-2008 (1 year) NOC 1111 (on the List of 38)
2008-now NOC 4168 (not on the list, but still class A, B or O)
So under the new rules, would I get 19 points for the first three years, or 21 points for four years?
Also, from what point do the assessors look back 10 years? I know things move more quickly now, but if I applied now but the process still took another year, would that mean the first year (1999) would fall out of the 10 year window, possibly reducing my points?
Finally (I hope) on the form, under Occupation, should I put my actual job title, or the Occupation Title from the NOC guidelines?
Thanks guys.

Hi
21, 10 years from the date the application received.
Actual job title should match your reference letter.
