Fee for I-94 upon entry?
I never really entered the u.s. by driving....
and I think I heard someone telling me that there's a fee for I-94.
Is this true?
If so, how much is it?

Canada doesn't issue I-94s This is a Canadian immigration newsgroup
... i.e. people coming TO Canada. You wanted a US immigration
newsgroup ... there are people there who would tell you that if you
*need* an I-94 the cost is $6 US.
