family sponsership
Can I as a Canadian citizen sponser my partner and her dependant children
from the uk. Would it be easier if we were married instead of common-law.
We are both divorced and have been living together for 6 years plus??

Re: family sponsership
It won't make much difference, providing of course that you can conclusively prove that you meet all criteria of common-law partners.

Hi alan
welcome to the board
take a look at this thread for family class sponsorship, length of time varies (for no apparent or logical reason) for everyone, but it will hopefully give you an idea!
