Family Class---help me
Hi
i am from india,working in USA on H1b visa.i merried canadian landed. applied at buffalo geting approval on 5th april 2002, then received medical on april 14th. after one month i got additional test and did that getting normal.so now how long time it will takes to get a visa.
what will be the avg. processing time for spouces case at buffalo?
i am plannig to go to india as i stamed visa on passport ...so if PR card is nedded while leaving canada? or entering canada?
so plz help me...
