family address change

Hello all,
I have two questions.
1. My sister moved to a different city from where she used to live, and I am
wondering if I have to tell the immigration office about her address change. Is it
really necessary? Of course I can report that, but I am afraid that it may delay
the process. Will it delay the process?
2. I sent my application to Buffalo and received my AOR in late May. But I haven't
received the initial assessment result yet. I know it hasn't passed 20 weeks yet,
but I'm kind of losing my patience. If you applied at Buffalo and received AOR
around May-June, could you share your situation (whether or not you received the
assessment results)?
Thanks.
Dave
