Which province do you live in? You're not likely to be able to help them in any way (there's no sponsorship for adult children, only dependent children), but there are a couple of provinces where it may be an option.
Otherwise they'll need to qualify for visas on their own merits, and that will very much depend on their jobs/education levels etc. If you can give us a bit more info about what they do, where they want to move to, etc, etc, then we can try and help.

They would be coming to BC.
One is a full time Fire fighter, the other does marketing, website development and property management.
One has a degree, the other Diploma and 120 credits from Sauder at UBC.
Thanks for your advice.
Peter.

Their best chance is going to be getting a job offer with sponsorship, going on a work permit and then trying to get PR further down the line. That's not going to happen for the firefighter (s/he'll need another occupation plan - as s/he can't do that unless a PR or citizen), so the marketing role is the only option for that really.
Would they by any chance consider another province?
You mention credits from Sauder at UBC, does that mean they lived in Canada at some point? If so, what was their status when there and how long ago was that?

Ah. Just to check, did she definitely give it up? She formally renounced it using IMM 5782? Or did she just stop using it and return to the UK?

I would double check that - it could make a BIG difference! If she did, then it's starting from scratch and she (or her husband, not sure who is in marketing) needs to get out to BC and start job hunting and trying to find an employer prepared to sponsor them.
