Question Extention of the validity of the Medical Exam

Hi everybody,

Hope somebody can answer those questions for me

Do immigration officers have the authority to extend the validity of medical exam?

Is so, for how long beyond the expiration date of the medicals?

Thank you all in advance for your answers
