Default Experts help plse - CAIPS notes for conj. Partner

Hello,

I'm a french national sponsored by my canadian-born conjugal partnet.
My file has been "in process" in Paris since 24 Nov. 2003. I got the
AOR and today the CAIPS notes.

BF'D is 23-03-2004 for 1CF that's clear

SELDEC : 0
Security decision : 0
MEDDEC : 0 (they haven't yet assessed my medicals ?)
FINDEC : 0

The interview/time section is blank. Does that mean that the interview
is waived ?

Status SEC Crim is also blank, does that mean that the background
check hasn't been finalized yet ? I've lived in France and Belgium.

Thank you for your comments

It seems that your file were not even looked at after it's creation. It
waits in queue for it's turn. Getting CAIPS file at such early stage is
worthless as you can see.

Thank you Mr. Miller. After carefully rechecking the notes, I noticed
that the medical file had been assessed on September 30, 2 weeks after
the doctor had sent it to the embassy in Paris. Status is M01, clear
for me.
I asked for the notes AFTER receiving the AOR, as you know in the case
of spouse/conjugal application with medicals and payments made up
front there isn't much to go by in terms of information from the
Immigration Dept.
